has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-background has-medium-font-size\">Desde el Centro de Pr\u00e1cticas Pedag\u00f3gicas y Socio-Comunitarias de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, le decimos NO al RIGI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tac\/1\/16\/1f4cc.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udccc\">En el marco del tratamiento provincial de la adhesi\u00f3n al R\u00e9gimen de Incentivo para Grandes Inversiones (RIGI), y en articulaci\u00f3n con distintas organizaciones del territorio, desde las que promovemos el di\u00e1logo de saberes entre la Universidad y la Comunidad, consideramos que es urgente que como ciudadanos\/as\/es y comunidades podamos conocer y participar en la toma de decisiones de leyes que tienen impacto ambiental y que por ello afectan la vida en el presente y en el futuro de todos los seres vivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t77\/1\/16\/203c.png\" alt=\"\u203c\ufe0f\">Solicitamos a quienes nos representan en el Senado de San Luis, la no aprobaci\u00f3n del proyecto de ley que habilitar\u00eda el RIGI en San Luis, y que concedan de manera urgente a Audiencia P\u00fablica Ambiental, tal como lo establecen la Ley General de Ambiente N\u00ba 25.675 y la Ley de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental N\u00ba 5.067.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-background has-medium-font-size\">Con fuerza le decimos NO al RIGI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\">Porque pone en un lugar de recurso, aquello de lo que depende la vida de todos\/as\/es, el agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\">Porque significa un total retroceso en materia ambiental, en tanto incumple leyes Nacionales y Provinciales vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\"> Porque significa una p\u00e9rdida de soberan\u00eda ya que es una norma que tiene potestad de anular caminos constitucionales que nos protegen ante graves delitos ambientales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\"> Por los beneficios que brinda a las grandes corporaciones, que coloca a nuestros territorios y sus comunidades en el lugar de \u201cZona de Sacrificio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\"> Porque trae profundizaci\u00f3n de problemas que afectan sustantivamente la calidad de la vida de las generaciones presentes y futuras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\">Porque significar\u00e1 un mayor empobrecimiento local y nacional ya que legisla a partir de la idea de nula reciprocidad y con ello hace expl\u00edcito el esp\u00edritu de los extractivismos hist\u00f3ricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t51\/1\/16\/2714.png\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\">Porque va contra los principios de sustentabilidad de la vida, la salud colectiva y el bienestar de los pueblos y la naturaleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\"
