En 2007 se logr\u00f3 la ley N\u00b0 7722, que luego se convertir\u00eda en un instrumento clave para la protecci\u00f3n de derechos ambientales. Al prohibir el uso de sustancias qu\u00edmicas (cianuro, mercurio, \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico) en la miner\u00eda metal\u00edfera, se fren\u00f3 la habilitaci\u00f3n de un tipo de explotaci\u00f3n extractiva, altamente controvertida respecto a lo contaminante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Su modificaci\u00f3n, en 2019, dio lugar al &#8220;mendozazo&#8221;, la mayor manifestaci\u00f3n por el agua en nuestro pa\u00eds. Con una provincia paralizada, se retrocedi\u00f3 y restableci\u00f3 la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcaa\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t6c\/1\/16\/1f4aa.png\">Hoy vuelven a activarse los anticuerpos para el cuidado del agua y el ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Con represi\u00f3n y criminalizaci\u00f3n a ambientalistas y censura de un documento cient\u00edfico-t\u00e9cnico con filiaci\u00f3n del CONICET, cuatro proyectos de ley lograron media sanci\u00f3n en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados: creaci\u00f3n de un Fondo de Compensaci\u00f3n Ambiental;
